8006 aluminum foil is a special container foil product. Yongsheng Aluminum's 8006 aluminum foil is hot-rolled, with a tensile strength of 123-135. The 8006 aluminum foil product reaches the water brushing A grade, with a flat plate shape and a clean surface without oil stains. Yongsheng Aluminum's 8006 aluminum foil is suitable for aerospace wrinkle-free foil containers. After stamping, the edges are wrinkle-free and the appearance is flat and smooth.
The difference between 8006 container aluminum foil and 3003 aluminum foil and 8011 aluminum foil:
8006 foil has high strength and is hot-rolled, while 3003 aluminum foil and 8011 aluminum foil have low strength and are cast.
The elongation and cupping value of 8006 aluminum foil are higher than those of 8011 and 3003 container aluminum foil. The tensile strength of 8006 container foil is 10 MPa higher than that of 8011 aluminum foil and slightly lower than that of 3003 aluminum foil.
